Frank Meuschke

Frank James Meuschke received his B.F.A in painting at S.U.N.Y The College at New Paltz and his M.F.A in painting with a minor in landscape studies at New Mexico State University. He has attended The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, The MacDowell Colony, Henry Street Settlement, and Weir Farm residencies and has exhibited his work most recently at La MaMA Gallery in NYC, The Mills Gallery at Boston Center For The Arts, and the Weir Farm National Historic Site in Connecticut. He has been Dean at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, taught drawing in the School of Architecture and Design at NYIT, and is the leader of the summer intensive workshop Landscape Into Art at Art New England. Frank lived and worked in Brooklyn, NY for over twenty years until his recent relocation to the far western edge of the Big Woods, twenty miles west of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
